Food Service Collection Policy

Northwood Food Service does not use peanut butter. Instead we use a sun butter made from roasted sunflower seeds for our alternate sandwich. It looks very similar to peanut butter but is not. The flavor is slightly sweeter and it has a slightly darker color.
